1. Introduction
The Truck Power Train DocType is designed to document and manage the inspection details of the power train components in trucks. This feature helps ensure that all necessary evaluations are recorded for efficient fleet management.
2. Accessing the Truck Power Train
Log in to the VSD Fleet Management System with your credentials.
Navigate to the VSD Fleet MS module from the main dashboard.
Select Truck Power Train from the list of available DocTypes.
3. Understanding the Interface
The interface for the Truck Power Train consists of the following fields:
Power Train: A data field for entering specific details about the power train component being inspected.
Mark: A checkbox to indicate if this entry requires special attention or follow-up.
4. Adding a New Power Train Entry
Click on the New button to create a new power train entry.
Fill in the Power Train field with the relevant information about the component.
If necessary, check the Mark checkbox to indicate the entry requires special attention.
Click Save to store the new entry.
